Werkstudent/Praktikant (m/w/d) - HLSK Planung technische Gebäudeausrüstung
Ihre Aufgaben
- Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung innovativer, kundenorientierter Technikkonzepte in komplexen Projekten
innerhalb eines interdisziplinären Teams - Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Fachplanung und Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von Bau-, Sanierungs-
und Optimierungsprojekten der TGA nach gültigen Normen - Begleitung der Bauleitung und Koordination der Umsetzung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit/Koordination und Abstimmung mit anderen Fachdisziplinen
Ihre Profil
- Studium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, Energie- und Gebäudetechnik, Klimatechnik oder vergleichbar
- Kenntnisse in der Erstellung, Planung und Auslegung technischer Anlagen in CAD von Vorteil
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Projekte in einem leistungsfördernden Umfeld zu gestalten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office
- Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Zielorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

By 2050, the world population will grow to almost 10 billion people. In order to cope with this growth, current studies assume that the global demand for existing buildings will double by 2050. Most of this population growth will take place in Asia, 60% of which will take place in the current decade, i.e. by 2030. Europe, on the other hand, faces a different challenge.

Climate forecast for 2050: The weather in Hamburg compares to San Marino. Humid and cold London is as warm and dry as Barcelona, the climate in Luxembourg
corresponds to that of today’s Montevideo.
A study from 2019 shows how, conservatively calculated, the weather will change until 2050. The summers and winters in Europe will be considerably warmer with an average increase of 3.5°C in winter and 4.7°C in summer, compared to the base year 2000.

Since 2015, energy optimisation has been taking place throughout existing properties and new construction
projects on the basis of the Paris Agreement and the guidelines derived from it. By means of these energy
optimizations, the direct emissions of the building as well as the energy consumption are being reduced, i.e. they
take place within Scope 1&2 according to the specifications of the GHG Protocol (see diagram “Emissions of a
property according to Scope 1,2&3 according to GHG Protocol”).
